Connect Zoom to ArcaLabs

Import transcripts from Zoom meetings you host, review them, and add relevant information to your deal context.

Connect

You need permission to manage ArcaLabs connections and a Zoom account with AI Companion transcripts from meetings you host. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app.

  1. Open Settings → ConnectionsAdd ConnectionZoom.
  2. Enter a name, select Zoom meeting transcripts, then Connect with Zoom.
  3. Sign in as the meeting host, authorize ArcaLabs, and confirm the connection is active.

ArcaLabs reads meeting metadata and existing transcripts. It does not join or record meetings.

Use transcripts

With an active connection, new transcripts import automatically. For meetings from the last seven days, select Sync Meetings on the connection.

  1. Open Files → Meeting transcripts → Awaiting review.
  2. Read a transcript, select Back to transcripts, then Accept on its row to use it for deal context.
  3. Or select Deny and confirm to delete it and associated records and prevent reimport of that meeting instance.

Disconnect and delete data

In Settings → Connections, select Delete on Zoom, check the permanent-deletion confirmation, then select Disconnect and delete data.

Alternatively, open Zoom MarketplaceMy Library → ArcaLabs → Actions → Remove and confirm. Zoom's removal notification triggers the same cleanup.

This removes imported Zoom transcripts and associated records and requests revocation of access. Context updates run in the background; information supported by other sources can remain. Your original Zoom meetings and transcripts are unchanged.
