About the team

ArcaLabs builds AI agents that run sell-side workflows for investment banks and PE funds. We've already landed customers at top-tier banks, asset managers, and private capital firms — and we're the official FactSet AI Partner. GTM at ArcaLabs is not a quota-carrying SDR motion. It's a small, senior team that walks into the offices of MDs, CIOs, and global heads of M&A and earns trust by proving we understand their book.

About the role

We're hiring a Head of GTM with deep banking or private equity experience to own our entire customer-facing motion: pipeline, deals, customer success, and the playbook that scales us from a founder-led sales team to a real GTM org. You'll be the public face of ArcaLabs in finance, and the closer on every meaningful deal in our first 18 months.

This is a founding role. You'll partner directly with the CEO on strategy, the CTO on what we promise customers, and the FDE team on what we deliver.

What you'll do

  • Build and run our top-of-funnel through your existing relationships: heads of M&A, heads of PE deal teams, heads of capital markets, CIOs, and chief data officers.
  • Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue. Sit in every meaningful deal cycle from intro to signed MSA.
  • Hire and lead the next generation of GTM at ArcaLabs — account executives, customer success, and field marketing.
  • Partner with FDEs on the post-sale handoff so customers ship workflows, not shelfware.
  • Be the credible voice in the room that gets the procurement, infosec, and compliance teams to a yes.

You might be a fit if you

  • Have 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or a finance-adjacent enterprise sales role — and an active rolodex of MDs, partners, and senior operators across the buy- and sell-side.
  • Have closed multi-million-dollar enterprise deals into Tier 1 banks or large PE funds. You've seen what a procurement cycle looks like at a GS, JPM, MS, KKR, or Apollo from the inside.
  • Are excited to roll up your sleeves as the first GTM hire — no SDR, no sales engineer, no demo team. You and a laptop and a Calendly.
  • Believe AI is going to change finance, and want to be the one who sells the system that does it.

Bonus points

  • Past experience as a banker (M&A, levfin, capital markets) or PE investor before moving into GTM.
  • Track record building a GTM team from zero in an enterprise B2B fintech or AI company.
  • Comfort presenting to C-suite and board — IC memos in your mother tongue, board decks in your second.

Compensation

$200K – $300K base + variable + significant equity. Full benefits, daily breakfast, coffee, and snacks, plus complimentary fitness center access in Palo Alto, travel covered.
